They do not issue reimbursement for products that have been opened and/or tampered with. If the wrong product or a damaged product is received, customers are advised to email clear photos of the product for review. All products must remain fully sealed in order to be deemed eligible for a return or exchange. If the customer has broken the plastic seal around the product, Lasio will no longer accept it as a return or exchange. Once the photos are reviewed and accepted, a prepaid return label will be emailed to the customer. Once Lasio receives the returned product, a replacement item will be sent to the customer.
